1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sasta Holiday platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Sasta Holiday acts as a facilitator by connecting users with travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transporters.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms of the end-service provider. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a valid confirmation voucher or ticket.

3. Failed & Pending Transactions

Important Information regarding Payment Issues

If an amount is deducted from your account but the booking status shows Failed or Pending, please contact our team with your booking reference or transaction ID.

  • Refund Timeline: We aim to process approved payment issues within a maximum of 28 business days.

  • Reference Number: Please share the transaction or booking reference to help us track the case faster.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds for cancelled bookings are subject to the airline or hotel's own policy plus any applicable service fee. Where the supplier approves a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source once received by Sasta Holiday.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate traveler, passport, and identification information.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they meet visa and health requirements for their destination.
  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sasta Holiday is a facilitator and is not liable for service deficiencies, flight delays, hotel overbookings, or loss incurred during travel. Our liability is limited to the service fee charged for the specific booking, where legally permitted.
